06-10-2001	Ron Lavallee Perhaps I assumed 2.07 was not different than 1.0x versions, but it certainly is. In an attempt to find the limit of maximum number of files I have combined various local and network drives to a combined total of 931,785 files! Yes that's right, almost Million files. They were in 31112 directories. Windows 2000 reports 59,784k memory use. I did not let it run completely as many of these files would be duplicates though should not be deleted. I did run successfully a smaller group of about 680,000 files. this ran overnight and found about 10,000 duplicates. WOW! THIS IS EXCELLENT!!
01-06-2001	Andy UK (on CNET) exactly what I needed far better than anything else on download.com for this task the developers actually don't do them selves justice - their warning almost put me me off - but then anyone using one of these utilitise must have some basic knowledge. Took me a couple of mins to workout how it worked but only because under step one it'ts not clear you have to push the button for anything to happen ;-) I'm running it now and it seems ok perhaps I shouldn't fully review until it's actually done the job but so far everything looks so good.
